Birthday parties
Parties and events are booked in agreement between the booking party or signer and Affinity Dance Unlimited (also referred to as ADU).
Birthday Parties are scheduled in 3-hour increments priced at $250 per time slot, which includes set up and cleanup time. You can choose to add on a 45 minute dance class for ages 3-10 for an additional $50. Add-ons such as bounce house, balloons, balloon arches, tableware and other decorations are available and priced on an individual basis. Please indicate when you inquire for quotes for additional packages.
As included in pricing, trash removal, use of the facilities and restrooms, (excluding the office, changing room and utility room) are all inclusive during the time of booked events.
Decorative services are available as well as preferred vendors for balloons, bounce houses, playscapes, etc. Please note if you would like referrals or additional services to receive a quote.
Accepted events include but may not be limited to birthday parties, anniversary parties, business functions, catered luncheons, bridal or baby showers, bar/bat mitzvah’s, etc. The truthful purpose of rental should be provided with accuracy and depends on the approval of the studio director/owner.
A maximum party of no more than 50 individual guests is allowed on the premises during the booked event. Additional guests beyond 50 individuals will be asked to leave the premises.
A deposit of half the amount is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the event. After that time, it is no longer refundable. The total balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
The individual booking the event is solely responsible for the integrity of the event as such that no damage or negligence should occur. Should there be any damage to the physical property or property materials belonging to ADU being utilized during the event, the signer is solely financially responsible for repair and/or replacement including punitive damages as applicable.
No damage to the walls, mirrors or floors should occur. Nothing should be affixed to the walls, mirrors or floors that will cause holes, scratches, chips, or markings.
Food and drinks are allowed on the premises; however, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted at any time. The booking party is solely responsible for food, beverages and liable for any individual that may contract foodborne illness or injury during the time of the event. All remnants should be cleaned and disposed of. No food shall be cooked or prepared on the premises.
Additions are allowable such as bounce houses, playscapes, balloon arches and fixtures, decorations, etc. but must be approved by the studio owner/director for safety and damage risk assessment.
